CARRIE SIUBUTT
Carrie SiuButt is passionate about technology and healthcare as well as issues affecting women, people with disabilities, and people of color. Carrie is the CEO of SimpleHeath, a for-profit social enterprise making access to reproductive wellness convenient and easy; helping women realize their fullest potential.
As a Black and Chinese disabled woman, Carrie is intimately aware of the perils of our healthcare system, and is dedicated to improving healthcare access in America, starting with reproductive healthcare. Carrie is also passionate about the identification, mentorship, and development of a diverse pool of talent, ready to disrupt femtech and the healthcare system and build a more inclusive roadmap to healthcare access. She has dedicated her career to driving the future of wellness and health with a variety of brands.
Carrie previously served as VP, Health and Wellness at MedCan in Toronto, overseeing the “Eat, Move, Think” portfolio. She led the operations and strategy for her portfolio, served on the executive team, and was a key member of the digital transformation team. She started her career on Wall Street, holding various finance and strategy roles at Fortune 100 companies including Bear Stearns, American Express and MGM, and kick started her health and wellness career in strategy and finance at Equinox Fitness.
Carrie earned her MBA from Stanford and holds a Bachelors of Science in Business degree from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina. Carrie is an active member in YPO and also participates in raising awareness and funds for people battling Dystonia and Movement disorders, something Carrie has been battling since an early age.
