Catlin (Cat) O’Shaughnessy Coffrin is on a mission to help founders, leaders and philanthropists define who they are so they can amplify their impact—and their joy—in the work that they do. Cat is Founder & CEO of Captivating Consulting, which specializes in helping changemakers amplify their impact in the world through the power of personal branding.
Cat advises Chandler and Untraditional Philanthropy clients in a range of ways to help people explore and articulate their personal identities. Cat helps individuals focus their impact, reconnect with personal values and passions, and speak/lead with authenticity, purpose and confidence.
Drawing on a career working with executives across the Fortune 50, FinTech, non-profit and the public sectors, Cat uses her background in purpose-driven marketing and strategy to help clients harness what drives them and bring this forward in everything they say and do.
Prior to Captivating Consulting, Cat led the Washington, D.C. office and insights & strategy practice for a global marketing firm. She has also led thought leadership efforts for the global green building movement, and she began her career working on behalf of USAID in Sub-Saharan Africa.
A Seattle native, Cat went on to attend The George Washington University and now lives in a small ski town in Vermont with her husband, her kids, and their geriatric dog.
